The Heckler Classroom Credenza Mark II (MPN: H780-BG) fixes this space-management issue by introducing a sleek, wall-mounted cabinet built specifically for intense daily use. Formed from a blend of premium powder-coated aluminium and high-strength steel, this furniture-grade enclosure organizes and secures complex school AV systems cleanly beneath or beside teaching displays.
The inner layout is split symmetrically into dual equipment compartments, providing a generous total of 8 RU of vertical rack space (divided as 4 RU per side). This lets technical teams mount media switchers, network hubs, and amplifiers effortlessly. For professors and guest speakers, the top surface features two versatile console inserts—the unit ships with a clean blanking plate and an open notebook shelf. This integrated laptop platform lets instructors connect their presentation devices directly to local source inputs without tangling loose wires across public work surfaces.
Physical safety and reliability remain core priorities throughout the Credenza's design. The structure features a completely lockable front panel shroud to protect internal equipment settings against unauthorized tampering or opportunistic theft on open school campuses. To keep critical processing modules running at optimal temperatures during long lectures, the chassis utilizes silent passive ventilation channels, and includes pre-drilled brackets to mount up to four optional 80mm active cooling fans. The system drops onto a heavy-duty, multi-point French cleat rail system, allowing installers to anchor the 18.1 kg frame safely onto classroom partition walls.
