Delivery Information

Free delivery on orders over £150 (ex. VAT).
For orders under £150, a standard charge of £9.95 (ex. VAT) applies. Some items may qualify for Royal Mail shipping—please contact us for pricing.
Most orders are dispatched for next-day delivery, though some items may take 2–5 days to arrive.
If your order is urgent and needed the next day, please call us directly at 01613765644.
We work with multiple warehouse suppliers to keep stock levels updated, but stock feeds refresh only each weekday morning. This means an item could sell out during the day without immediate stock updates.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually shipped the same day via next-day service.
If there are any delays—such as an item being out of stock—we will notify you promptly.
While we strive for next-day delivery, please note this cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., delivery vehicle issues).
Once your order ships, tracking information will be added to your online order details as soon as it becomes available.

Delivery is free for orders over £150 ex. vat.

Standard charge for under £150 is £9.95 ex. vat. Contact us for a price as some items can ship with Royal Mail.

Most deliveries are next day. Certain items will take 2-4 days.

We try and ship orders received by 16.00 on a next day service .

If there any delays- such as an item out of stock- we will advise you immediately.

We do not guarantee next day delivery. Experience shows that events can intervene- Delivery van breakdown etc.
