Q: Does this work with the new iPad Pro or iPad Air? A: Yes. While this printer features a USB-A port for "Lightning" cables, you can simply use a USB-C to USB-A cable to connect modern iPads. It will still sync data and charge just as reliably.
Q: How do I set it up with Shopify or Square? A: It is incredibly simple. Plug the printer into the mains, connect the iPad to the printer via your charging cable, and open your POS app. The app will detect the "TSP143IIIU" automatically.
Q: Is the cash drawer secure? A: Yes. All three drawer variants are manufactured from reinforced steel and feature a 3-position lock (Locked, Electronic Open, or Manual Key Open).
Q: Does it come with a UK plug? A: Yes, we provide a full UK specification kit including a 3-pin UK mains lead as standard.

We offer free shipping on orders over £150.00 excl VAT.
Delivery times may vary, and we aim to deliver within 1-5 working days, vendor dependent. Most of the products we offer are on a next working day delivery, if an order is placed before our 3pm cut off - for UK mainland addresses.
Our minimum carriage charge is £9.95 excl VAT, should your order be below £150.00 excl VAT.
We are able to offer shipments outside Mon-Fri or with fixed shipping dates however, this cost needs to be calculated and you will need to contact us.
