Product Overview The Ubiquiti POE-24-AF5X is a specialised external Power over Ethernet adapter meticulously engineered to power the airFiber AF-5X and AF-5XHD high-performance wireless backhaul radios. Supplying a continuous, high-efficiency output of 24V DC at 1.0A for a total capacity of 24W, this adapter uses an intensive 4-pair power delivery method rather than standard 2-pair arrays. It includes a dedicated pass-through Gigabit LAN interface to guarantee that ultra-fast point-to-point wireless link speeds pass through the injection point without restrictive hardware performance bottlenecks. Built with premium industrial-grade shielding, earth grounding, and internal surge suppression, it safeguards sensitive outdoor radio chipsets against severe atmospheric discharge.
