Maintain your printer’s peak performance with the Evolis ACL001 Regular Cleaning Kit. This kit is the first line of defence against dust, debris, and ink residue that naturally accumulates inside your ID card printer over time.
Each kit contains 5 adhesive cleaning cards specifically designed to clean the internal transport rollers. By running these cards through your machine, you remove microscopic particles that cause cards to slip or jam, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted printing process.

Why Is Regular Cleaning Necessary?
PVC cards naturally carry a small amount of static electricity, which attracts dust. As these cards move through your printer, that dust is transferred to the rollers. Over time, the rollers lose their "grip." The ACL001 adhesive cards "pull" that debris off the rollers, restoring the traction needed for precision printing.
Note: For deep cleaning of the printhead itself, we recommend using the Evolis cleaning pens or "T" cards in conjunction with this kit.
