Product Overview The Ubiquiti UACC-OM-MM-1G-D-2 is a matching pair of multi-mode fiber transceivers designed to extend local area networks beyond the standard 100-metre limit of copper Ethernet cables. These compact SFP hardware modules slide straight into the SFP ports of compatible network switches, security gateways, or routers. By utilizing a duplex LC connector geometry and a reliable 850 nm optical wavelength, they provide a stable 1 Gbps hardwired link up to a distance of 550 metres, making them suitable for connecting separate buildings, floors, or remote server cabinets.
