The SUNMI K2 is a high-performance, wall-mounted interactive kiosk designed to streamline customer self-service, order processing, and digital transactions. Featuring a crisp 61 cm (24") Full HD display and a built-in heavy-duty receipt printer, this commercial-grade terminal combines intuitive touch controls with fast data capture.
Its modular design allows businesses to choose the exact processing power, operating system, and scanning hardware required for their operational environment.
Key Hardware Features
Interactive 24" Touchscreen
The large 61 cm (24") display uses Projected Capacitive (PCAP) 10-point multi-touch technology. The Full HD 1920x1080 resolution ensures text, images, and user interfaces remain sharp and legible under varied indoor lighting conditions.
High-Speed Thermal Receipt Printer
Every configuration features an integrated direct thermal receipt printer with an automatic cutter. It handles standard 80 mm wide paper rolls with a maximum 80 mm outer diameter, delivering receipts and order tickets at speeds up to 150 mm/s.
Versatile Data Connectivity
Equipped for dense network environments, the kiosk includes five physical USB ports for peripherals, a wired Ethernet port, and dual-band Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n) for flexible wireless deployment.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the GMS and non-GMS models?
Models marked with GMS (Google Mobile Services), such as P05074035 and P05074037, are EDLA certified. This means they support native Google applications, including the Google Play Store, and offer straightforward integration with cloud-based device management platforms. Non-GMS models rely on private APK deployment or the SUNMI App Store.
What is the advantage of upgrading to the Android 13 versions?
The Android 13 models (6 GB RAM / 128 GB Flash) provide more than double the memory and storage capacity of the older Android 9 units. They feature faster Qualcomm Octa-core processors, which significantly reduce app loading times, handle graphic-heavy menus smoothly, and ensure compatibility with modern Android security protocols.
Can these kiosks accept card payments?
The kiosk includes built-in NFC for contactless interactions (such as digital loyalty cards or SoftPOS setups on supported models). To accept standard chip-and-pin or traditional credit/debit card payments, you can mount an external payment terminal beside the kiosk using SUNMIβs customisable POS brackets.
How do the Datalogic and Newland scanners compare?
Both the Datalogic 3410 and Newland EM20-80 are high-grade 2D imagers designed to read printed barcodes and digital QR codes on smartphone screens quickly. Datalogic scanners are widely recognised for their exceptional performance in high-volume retail environments with poor-quality barcodes, while Newland scanners offer excellent, reliable scanning for standard ticketing and self-checkout applications.
Does the wall-mounting kit come in the box?
Yes, these specific part codes are configured for wall-mounted installation and include the structural mounting hardware required to secure the main chassis flat against a wall or vertical pillar.
