Q: Can I mount the Heron 1 on a floor stand? A: Absolutely. The Heron 1 is VESA-compatible and fits our official heavy-duty Floor Stand (IM-SH133A001) or the POS Holder (IM-SH131A001) for countertop security.

Q: Does it support contactless payments? A: Yes. The built-in NFC module supports SoftPOS applications. Alternatively, dedicated payment terminal brackets can be attached to support hardware from providers like Dojo, PAX, or Adyen.

Q: What is the difference between the Standard and Retail scanners? A: The Standard scanner (included in this listing) is a 30 FPS sensor ideal for QR codes and loyalty apps. For high-volume supermarkets, we recommend the Heron 1 Retail Edition, which features a 60 FPS scanner for instant barcode throughput.

We offer free shipping on orders over £150.00 excl VAT.

Delivery times may vary, and we aim to deliver within 1-5 working days, vendor dependent. Most of the products we offer are on a next working day delivery, if an order is placed before our 3pm cut off - for UK mainland addresses. 

Our minimum carriage charge is £9.95 excl VAT, should your order be below £150.00 excl VAT. 

We are able to offer shipments outside Mon-Fri or with fixed shipping dates however, this cost needs to be calculated and you will need to contact us.

Orders placed before 3PM (our cut-off varies depending on the product) are usually dispatched for next working day service but this can be extended up to 1-5 working days.
